DIY NAIL POLISH

There are really only three components if suspension base is available to you in your country and a few other useful items.

Supplies:
Suspension base (Without it glitter and pigment can sink to the bottom)
Pigment
Solvent resistant glitter
Balls (This helps mix everything when you shake it.)
Empty bottle

Some suspension base suppliers:
Brambleberry.com
TKB Trading
Wonder Beauty Products on Etsy
Nailite

Pigment:
Many of the places above sell micas and oxides. I have no experience…yet.
Crushed eye shadow (I used this for one and it’s okay, but it gives it a frosty finish)
Mixing nail polish you own (This is what works well for me currently until I try oxides.)

Some glitter suppliers:
The Glitter Source
Franken Supplies on Etsy
Glitties
Girly Bits

Some useful tips:
3/4 bottle of suspension base + 1/4 of nail polish makes a good jelly base for glitter
Silicon baking cups are great for mixing. Pinch the edge to put straight into the bottle and let the leftover dry out and then just peel and throw away.
You can cut the tip of a straw to make a glitter scoop.
You can use an orange stick or dotting tool to mix everything.
